Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Standard shipping generally takes 10–25 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may be extended because of customs inspection, shopping peak seasons or logistics emergencies. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees charged by your destination country. Our store does not cover these fees.

If packages are returned to us due to wrong address, customs rejection or customer refusal, return freight will be deducted from your refund.

Once dispatched, we will send your tracking number via email.
